Introducing the ArthroFree® System: the wireless camera for arthroscopy and general endoscopy.
Learn About ArthroFreeArthroFree eliminates cumbersome cables, reduces set-up and take-down times, and projects cost-per-case savings up to 20%.1
Our wireless camera delivers freedom of movement for surgeons—as well as freedom from worry about the fires and patient burns associated with fiber-optic cables.
Our wireless camera system is drop-in compatible with contemporary surgical tower technologies.
We combined our proprietary light and communication technologies to create the first wireless surgical camera for arthroscopy and endoscopy. It’s the inaugural device from our pipeline of technologies designed for surgical agility and optimal care.
ArthroFree: Advances for agility in the wireless age.
ArthroFree: Advances for agility in the wireless age.
For decades, manufacturers delivered a steady stream of marginal improvements to operating room technologies. With ArthroFree, Lazurite delivers the surgical camera for the wireless era.
The Meridiem Light Engine (12x12mm).
In 2015, our engineers designed the laser-equipped Meridiem® light technology (MLT) platform—the first of our patented technologies.
In 2016, we integrated this low-heat, high-intensity light and other technologies into our ArthroFree prototype (patents granted and pending).
In March 2022, we received market clearance from the FDA for ArthroFree: the only wireless camera in its class.
In September 2022, the first-in-man use of the ArthroFree System was completed.
We expect to announce our next MLT-equipped device in mid-2023.
New additions to the Lazurite family of wireless innovations are in development.
